Replacement Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to them by the store within seven days of the date of receipt of the product. The consumer has no right to replace the product after 14 days.

2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition with its packaging and the consumer must not have used or benefited from the product. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if they wish to replace the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by the consumer. This excludes defective products or products that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the defect in the product appears due to improper possession by the consumer.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to them from the store within three days of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after three days have passed.

2- To return a product, the product must be in good condition, including its packaging, and the consumer must not have used or benefited from the product. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
